The call is a short conversation to understand your organisation, the systems you want to secure, and what you are trying to achieve. We’ll explain how our services work and whether penetration testing or Cyber Essentials support is the right approach for you.
Most discovery calls last around 15–30 minutes. This is usually enough time for us to understand your requirements and explain the next steps.
No preparation is required. If you already know details about the system you want tested or the certification you need, that can be helpful, but we can guide the conversation and ask the right questions during the call.
Yes. If we can provide guidance or answer questions during the call, we will. The goal is to help you understand your options and the best way to move forward.
No. The call is simply an opportunity to discuss your requirements and determine whether our services are the right fit for your organisation.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll provide a clear proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost. You can then review it and decide how you would like to proceed.
